    Support, does it exist?????

    So I’ve sent a message to support because I can’t play the game and now it’s going on 4 days that I’ve heard absolutely nothing.
    Should I just assume that they took my money and too bad so sad for me , is this normal? Should I just consider that as money lost and look for a different game?

    No it's not normal.

    When I've sent a message to support I've had one back. 

    But, unfortunately, we are living in extraordinary circumstances at the moment.  Maybe they are working on something, no one knows unfortunately.

    Try contacting them again and again until you hear from them.  I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you.

    You might have done this already but, if you do contact them tell them your P.C. Specs and everything. Might help.

    Another thing, you might done this a thousand times already but uninstall.  including all folders regarding ACHAT.  I've got a uninstaller called Revo uninstaller.  This uses the programs uninstaller first but, then it scans for Folders and Registry items regarding that particular program.

    I've always found support to be good, although you may need to wait one or two days

    I personally have had to wait a week for support to respond. I hope that by now you have been able to download game and are happily playing. 🙂

    Sorry for being ot guys, this is my first time writing in the forum. I need to know if the developers are on holidays those days. I sent them a mail abot a pose, usually they answer after a few hours, now it’s almost a week they looks like they disappeared Can someone tell me what’s happening? Thanks in advance

    Answers delay by developers

    I put all my effort in trying to give my contribution or make the game more and more involving and arousing, for myself and all other players. I have to say, and i’m sorry about it, that the heavy delay everytime i need to communicate with developers about the poses i’m trying to create or fix, is making me think about leaving it. I know they are busy with mobile version of the game and with the implementation of the new graphic engine, but everytime, waiting from 7 to 15 days to have an answer to a mail, is deeply frustrating for me. No judgement to noone, just, please, if you can, take more in consideration the fan contributions, that’s all i ask.

    Hey Adelaide,

    Congratulations on becoming a pose designer for Achat.
    I am aware, Achat staff are very busy with the upgrade for the new things already advertised on their home page.
    It is frustrating when you need answers to perfect your work.
    Just hang in there, I’m sure things will be answered as soon as they get chance.
    I have also had to wait regarding queries on Forum admin.

    Please post some of your ideas and work. They will be interesting to look at and brainstorm with you… if you want.

    Achat support is quasi non existent at the moment,
    and i am not sure if it was better in past.
    Sure from time to time they will answer you, maybe ^^

    I have not been able to use Achat “Support” since at least 21 September 2021 and although reported several times, it still has not been fixed.
    Is anyone else having these issues?

    I just get a message

    “The request can’t be completed. Please correct the following:

    Please retype the visual confirmation! ”

    I do and its a never ending circle.

    Luckily I have friends who can use it and send in my messages. And no, no answer for weeks.

    So trust me, I feel your frustrations.

    I know they are working on a big game update, unfortunately, it seems to be at the detriment of everything else including customer service.
