      Hi Achat Team

      I have a question:

      My subscription has not yet expired, but if I want to upgrade for 1 year or 1 year and 3 months, how can I do that?

      For any payments information can I contact l'achat. Support @ gmail. com?
      I tried to write to achat. Support @ gmail. com for information but no one answers.

        Hi,

        When your subscription expires,  a prompt box will appear asking you to renew your membership.

        You can choose to renew for a year ,  have a rolling monthly subscription or  a 3 months subscription.

        You can then choose the option to renew for the year

        As far as I know, you cannot renew early.

          one and three month subscriptions are AUTO resubscribe  so you WONT be asked to renew  it happens AUTOMATICLY

          you have to delete the auto subscribe checkbox B$ your sub runs out

              I would simply await the notification and then subscribe again.
              I do not know if the remaining time of the present subscription is added to a new one but I also don't feel like finding it out the hard way.

                  Like Woody already said, use support-button instead of email (button in upper line).

                  About paying, this is said:
                  Do the monthly subcriptions stack, that is if I pay a week early am I losing a week, or will my subscription then end in 5 weeks?
                  Your subscription will end in 5 weeks.

                  It's not the same, but it seems, they are adding the time. But – I can't promise this is working perfect

                        Silly that I can’t buy year after year of subscription. I mean, hell, my mortician already took my money, and I ain’t dead yet, that subscription is still running.
