I cannot log in Achat. It seems that my password has been changed (I’m sure I typed the right one).
Is there a way to retrieve it ? If someone had changed my password would I reveive a mail or something to warn me ?
January 4, 2014 at 10:53 am #132870You can try and change your password from here…..
log in into the main page, then look at your right and you will find the “Account management” menù but it request the old password in first! anyway, give it a try, then try to contact the support
January 4, 2014 at 11:12 am #132871AnonymousWell, make sure you don't have caps lock on and things like that.
If I am having problems like that I open Notepad and type it there, so that I know I am doing it correctly. Then copy and paste into the password field. With me, it is usually that I have my keyboard set to a different language and didn't realise it.
January 4, 2014 at 11:40 am #132872The password changed also for the Website. The only thing I have is access to the forum (may be using and old cookie).
I'm sure I have no Caps Lock or Num Lock issue and I contacted support yesterday…
January 4, 2014 at 1:30 pm #132873Hi Mike,
I don't think your account was hacked because I don't see you connected this last days in my friends list.
I don't know but it's strange and yes the better is to contact the support.Bises :-*
January 4, 2014 at 1:39 pm #132874You have done the right thing. Contact ” Support” and explain all the places you cannot now access. They will reset your passwords and email them to you. Then you can log on and change them to your specifications.
This can usually take a few days, depending how busy their staff are. If you have not heard from them after 3 days, send a repeat request and so on till you get a reply.
If you do not get a reply after a week, PM one of the mods with your reference number so they can chase it up for you. Please post here again when your problem is solved and how many days it took for them to reply. It helps in our advice to members.
Thank you and Good Luck.
January 4, 2014 at 3:17 pm #132875Hi Mike,
I hope you get access soon. Is it possible that someone got access to your comp?
The forum has its own access, its not connected with the website/game. If you use the same password, copy it and try to login again.January 4, 2014 at 3:41 pm #132876We can't reset the password if you forget it for example?
January 4, 2014 at 3:48 pm #132877No, you have to contact support if you forget your password.
January 4, 2014 at 4:53 pm #132878Just a thought, people have had problems accessing Achat before. It wasn't a password problem, they had had a skype update or similar recently and the security picked up with it at the same time prevented access and had to be disabled.
Have you had an update recently?
The way to check is to try and access Achat as a freeuser. If that doesnt work either, it maybe something in a recent update. If so, try uninstalling Achat completely and then reinstalling the whole programme again.
If you can, its a password problem and therefore Support should be able to reset it for you.
Good Luck and let us know how you get on.

Steam and Skype as well as Facebook running in the background taking up all my bandwidth and causing game to crash.
I had a similar problem with it crashing. Turns out Steam and Skype as well as Facebook were running in the background taking up all my bandwidth, and crashed the game. If you’re using windows 7, click the arrow in the bottom right hand and close non-essential programs, like skype, origin, steam, etc. Rule of thumb is though, if you don’t know what it does don’t touch it.
But since he can’t access the store, I’d assume its an account issue not a bandwidth/connection problem, or background program interference. But AChat has been buggy the last 2-3 updates…
