Achat dont work

      Good day.

      My nickname in the game Achat: alefzmax

      I can go to this forum, I can also go to the mobile version of the site (https://eu1.achat.love/#).

      Since Monday (March 3, 2025) I can’t go and log in to the game Achat – steam tries to launch it, and then nothing happens at all.
      If you need any diagnostic data from me, including: Windows version and my computer parameters – I can provide them. Or I can send diagnostic files steam and Achat – just indicate where to look for them on my computer?

        Hey Max.

        I know you may already know this but, have you tried File Integrity on Steam ?

        Another thing, you can download the Achat setup file from here (Well, from the Home Page), so you don’t have to go through Steam to run it, have you tried that ?

          thank you for your help – dear Zuzannah, I will try to download Achat separately from the site and install it. I will write about the results later

          I suspect that the latest Windows 11 update is to blame, since in addition to Achat from Steam – a number of other applications do not start or work with errors, for example, the Telegram messenger.

            I checked your method, unfortunately it doesn’t work either – the standalone installer downloaded and installed everything it was supposed to, then it checks for updates… and that’s it, and Achat doesn’t even open the login window, the process just stops and nothing happens

            I wrote to the support service via the form, I’ll wait for them to answer me

              After you install Achat, the update does take a long time. It just freezes ?

              Lets hope that support can help you. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to respond. After that, message them again.

              I’m also on Windows 11. (Home Edition). And it is updated, just checked and it was checked 19 minutes ago. The only thing that was available was a Cumulative Update but, that was a preview. Has Windows downloaded and installed that ? Because, I’ve found in the past the previews are bugged and I had to uninstall it.

              If they come up with a solution and it works, could you please report it here.

                I received a response from the Achat support service… to say that I am a little surprised – well, this is the weakest reaction and impression that I got after reading this response.

                In Russia, they usually say to this: “do this to a dead person to make a compress for a high temperature” – that is, absolutely useless advice.

                Based on my experience communicating with the developers of other online games, they usually ask for the latest log files and reports, and give clear instructions:
                1) go to the folder on the path such and such, take the file with the name this;
                2)….
                n) archive all this and send it to us, and then we will either send further instructions, or make an update to the game

                This is what the game support service seems to work for the player who pays for premium access and additional game services.

                  Hey there.

                  I don’t believe there is any such thing as a log file for this. I might be wrong though, (usually are).

                  I’ve just seen your Email address. Because of the conflicts involving your country you might (and again I might be wrong about this), not be able to log in because of sanctions from the E.U and (or) the U.S. This is just a thought of mine and trying to be diplomatic about it. But, could you be blocked on your end ?

                  Regarding the reply of support. Hmmmmm. Is all I can say.

                  When uninstalling have you completely removed all files regarding Achat ? There is program called Revo Uninstaller, you might have heard of it. This will see every file and folder that Achat uses, including registry, if there is any entries, that is. It took me a while to get used to it but, it is a powerful tool when used correctly.

                  I hope you find a solution. Could you please reply here again if you do try Revo.

                    thank you, I’ll try Revo.

                    about Western sanctions – yes, that’s right, I use VPN – to access some Internet resources or services, including Discord, FaceBook, Instagram… etc, this forum, and also Achat.

                    And advice from support… sorry, but anyone can answer that, but not a technical support specialist %)

                      I hope using Revo works for you.

                      I used a VPN as well but, it kept on disconnecting. Maybe they are getting wise over there about people using VPNS ? I’m just thinking on top of my head here.

                      Support can be useful, they have helped me in the past with some issues. If Revo doesn’t fix it maybe another message to Support ? Won’t hurt. Just tell them everything you have done and go from there but, I’m guessing you’re not a stranger to contacting support teams. Yes ?

                        What can I say, unfortunately deleting and then cleaning traces of Achat – with the help of Revo, did not give any result.

                        For objectivity, I did this a couple of times.
                        I deleted Achat in Revo, cleaned it, then reinstalled Achat… But Achat still did not work on my laptop.

                        I will try to look in the direction of rolling back updates, and also look for a more stable VPN – maybe this is the issue.
