I  love to come to this topic  and give me a pick up call  ..
I have to say this changes in me  are paying off  .I  dont have as much time as before, to post
being more active is  showing so much  not just this my eating  habits have changed,
that it still surprises me when i try to pick up some junk food and then but it back  its so easy to do this now 

I still eat a little pizza  now and then but not as before .. The challenge for me is  giving up soda, but I will get it out …

There comes a time in your life when you say enough and that time is  for me Now!

So all this is helping me

And baby thank you  you had a lot to  do with this  just seeing how good you do you inspired me  , just by seeing  how
