      That's a strange problem i never had hear of it before and honestly, i don't have any  idea on how help you!

      BTW……had you check online if the items are added to your wardrobe!? maybe you have problem here, but online it can work anyway

        nope.  items aren't showing up in game either.  Updated to windows 8.1, im wondering if that's the problem

          Wich browser did you use!? i think the problem is in it

            Perhaps you have to deactivate apps for browser like skype
            Sometimes add-ons cause troubles
