      Hello
      I’m facing this strange issue where my chat is not visible to anyone in public rooms. Works fine in private rooms though

        Hi Jake_316,
        Welcome to forum
        This strange bug has happened in the past and is usually because Achat is doing maintenance work in the background.

        Please report it to Achat via the Support, found on the menubar at the top of this page.
        Thanks.
        Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.
