Outfits and clothers bought but not showing in wardrobe.

Christmas outfit bought but not shown in wardrobe.

Recently I bought the christmas outfit, but somehow I can’t wear it. Achat still says I can buy it in the shop, but I already done that.

Do more people have this problem?

– did you finish the purchase (can you check your saldo)?
– go to the homepage, login and check your latest buys: Do you see your outfit?

– did you finish the purchase (can you check your saldo)? yes, the saldo is less now and the shop shows it's yours
– go to the homepage, login and check your latest buys: Do you see your outfit? In the recent purchases, the christmas outfit is shown

So I have no idea why it don't show up in achat as an bought item.

There seem to be some glitches in the shop/editor. Some days ago we noticed something similar with hairs for shemales. Send a note to the support

You just can change clothes if you are a premium member.

I have noticed (and read somewhere here on the site) that purchases made in the shop show up as soon as you log into the game after confirming the purchase. I hope that was the issue, because otherwise you tripped over a bug somewhere.
