I'm not sure if you have seen the below but there is a growing number of dis-satisfied customers.

Are you able to make collars? If so can you make it a priority?
I am aware that members have forwarded collars as examples via “Support” after  your Administrator told them too.

If you cant, then please post the problem.. maybe one of the designer members can help?

Are you aware some members are very good designers?

Please make the next upgrade a selection of collars…  6 years is a long time to be waiting  AND they will sell hot off the shelf.

  Because, you see,  I've had it here really.  My Subscription ends soon and I would like a excuse to renew.  Apart from access to my clothes, poses and rooming with awesome people. 

  I / we need collars,  for different reasons.  (Mine, I like them,  they look sexy). 

  There is such a huge BDSM following here,  collars are a must.

  If just one is made then the awesome designers of this place will be set free to make more.  I read somewhere (in this thread or another one)  that Elena would be more than happy to create some.  *Hugs Elena*.  Oh what the hell *Kisses Elena,  BIG ones*.

  You say there is a number of dis-satisfied customers.  I believe there have been for a VERY long time.  (I'm one of them).  We are their income,  we shouldn't have to wait SIX years for something SO trivial.  And also  (yes there's more).

  Maybe you should ask them to respond to the designers that send their creations, ideas and meshes for new items to them.  I know of one of them  , who has sent their creations to them, with no response, WHATSOEVER.  WTF is going on ? ? ?

  And now we get another Giant Cock pose.  Who likes them ?  Go through the history of them being posted here in the polls.  See the results.  To my knowledge it has always been No and only if you have too much ACHAT $, mostly.

  This place could be awesome.  We're not asking for much.  So please if any of the ACHAT team read this, We are dis-satisfied.  Dis-satisfied customers go elsewhere or don't bother to renew their subscriptions.

  Please, please give us what your customers want.  Do you want me to beg ? ? ?

In this forum, there are people still hoping and talking. How many members have left, gone, disappeared.. .just vanished in the dark… because they have been disappointed?!
For a long time, all we wanted is hope or an explanation. Just few words, just a sign.

I still dream of the best game. I still hope for a good interaction. I still believe, we (forum) and you can work together to improve a great game. But it get's harder with every year passing by.

Registration: No need for e-mails, verification of ages by bank card or others for example!
Premium: a child can be premium for free and very easily !!!
Avatars: you can have 200 avatars for free and more!
Dislikes in meeting places!

And … the most important if AChat does not listen and don't take into account what players want, that's serious!
If I grumble it's because I like this game … if not like the others I will leave…

Sorry for the late reply. We're working very hard on new backend server platform because the old one gets slower and slower. It will be released in the coming days.
Again sorry for the delays.
After release of the new backend, we'll get back to the “user created content” subject, making things quicker and more effective.

Hopefully once the “backend” is sorted, this will be a priority on their agenda.
