Lol, you didn't read my cartoon strip.

Obviously we don't need them as driver's licence, State personal ID, etc. are all already suitable enough with photo,and personal details and then there is eye and fingerprint identification technology as well. But, the main thing is this silly thing about gender, when the airplane toilets are unisex However, the bureaucrats ignore your wish because they have invested in passport printing machines.
