The double-ender seen in the current pose looks pretty solid, but there are some stretchy ones that may allow for additional poses, and while I can't speak for every girl here, I think they'd be interesting to try with a double-dildo. Pleasure while you please Lolz, I wouldn't like to try the current double-ender if it was any floppier!
I think a flexible double ended dildo is good, it can be tricky to adjust yourself otherwise and as Janine pointed out to me, you can have a third girl hold it for you if it's too floppy.
Actually, after doing the pose a bit I've discovered that the double ender is more flexible than it first appeared to me
So it should work fine for more poses than I thought
