Each login resets the location and background to the default ones

The game does not change the Background always keeping the default one even though I have the premium. Furthermore, each login resets the room/location that I select, always finding the default one selected. Please solve.

Hi Yasmine.

Press save when you have changed something.

Top of screen in the middle.

Hope this helps. I’m guessing you already know this though.

Yes I always save both the selected location and the background before exiting but after each login I find the default ones…

I solved the problem at the suggestion of the achat staff by removing some jewelry I was wearing. Apparently it’s a bug that occurs when you wear too many items and then the solution is to lighten up a little.
