By medjai81 at 2012-01-08January 8, 2012 at 12:29 pm #15849All interessing try, but the real deal can be to create a texture whit transparent option and mod on shape. too bad i'm not good at it!
edit:
i had try to add a stiker on the back of the shirt. it was a little difficult and i don't had obtain a good work, cause the back is splitted in half and there are no good reference for the cut line. need to do various try to have it good, so i think some reference are really needed to create some good work and in short time.January 8, 2012 at 1:02 pm #15850True I'd like to try creating something from scratch but I think that without an editor provided by dev team it's not possible. If I'm wrong and someone is so kind to tell me how to mod the dafults here I'll try for sure
January 8, 2012 at 5:13 pm #15851Hell, guess that is too much of IT for me.
Tried to experiment with it. I uploaded a latex pantyhose and it showed a bit of it on the avatar but I couldn't use the camera controls.
Is there anybody out there that could create a pictured instruction sheet to teach how this works properly?
Thanks, Daniela

Step 1. U have to be off line in the achat window
Step 2. type tex in the chat window then click on send message
Step 3. select the piece of clothing u wanna experiment on
Step 4. clik on load normal or load diffuse and load a texture u already have or previusly downloaded from the internet
Step 5. check the result, if u don't like it back to step 4
Step 6. if u like the result save the image then post itHope this is accurate enough, feel free to correct
January 8, 2012 at 6:35 pm #15853The secret is that you are not looking for specific dresses or clothes, you are looking for Textures and colors.. I searched for Texture png and saved some color combinations and then used that.
January 9, 2012 at 11:12 am #15854mmmmh, best thing can be to have the template of the 3d piece……it gives u a grid of the model, so you can easly work on it even to create a trasparent zone.
Tom, you said “If both answers are 'yes', we intend to create the possibility of posting the best works in the shop, but the exact way is not planned yet.” and this give us the possibility to have more option talking about clothes. but, i wanna ask you this: there is a chance we can personalized our clothes and use them for ourself or maybe sharing it between us!?
i mean…..i don't wanna start to create new texture just to sell them here, but for my self or to give a special gift to someone (friends, lovers or spouses). this can be something to incentive some good designer to become premium too.
mine wanna be just a suggestion, so take it like it, but make us know if this is can be an interessing idea for aChat!January 9, 2012 at 12:49 pm #15855I like this suggestion! Being able to create our own styles or creating something special for a loved one would be really great + dev team would receive tons of idea for new cloth wihout even a sweat and maybe in the furture the designer could set a personal shop where he can sells his/her creations, maybe with prices settable based on how sucessfull the new line is or the designer him/her self.
January 9, 2012 at 1:51 pm #15856well, it wasn't in my mind to start users personal shop, and i don't wanna it, honestly. but be able to create something special for someone i care, can be nice
January 9, 2012 at 2:14 pm #15857I'm not a big fan of the personal shop either but it could be a solution for some girls to stop selling thmeself for A$

dunno if it's gonna work.
well, for the moment we only can wait and see what gonna happend here whit this toolset.
January 10, 2012 at 6:44 am #15860@ Tom.
Ok, I was a bit slow, but I've got it now and if there was any way of svaing the new designs onto our existing wardrobes, I'd go for that.
Are you going to set up a poll?
January 10, 2012 at 9:15 am #15861@blue: at the moment ths is a test……they wanna see what we feel about this and if it can be used for increasing stuff too. so, we all have to wait sweety!
January 10, 2012 at 9:47 pm #15862@NG: Wonderful, especially the AChat-shirt
Congratulation Tom! This idea is a milestone if it's well continued in the future. A big step to more individuality, which we all are asking for. There is a big chance for you of course, as the people have to buy the clothes to create the own fashion. And also a big chance for all users. That's what I call a win-win situation. Even for those who don't create own fashion it will be nice to see different styles.
