Well, the 1st AChat erotic story contest is finished. Though the timing could have been better chosen, I am very happy with the time and effort everybody put in. Both into writing and reading the stories (for the ones that didn't have the time, please do submit them, i for one would love to read them) as discussing it here on forum.

I hope to plan another contest later in the year and  would be very happy with input. Both on the underlaying theme (if needed at all), or with cnstructing the set-up for the contest. I do hope the A-team sees enough reason to sponser a next attempt.

While I had admitted earlier that the A$ was an additional incentive it was a lot of fun.

As a possible future prompt maybe we could try to find something to tie it into AChat itself. Maybe set in the most recently developed room? Using the most recently developed outfit? Give them that much more press for their support of the contest.

@janine: in the future can be most interessing idea to work on, story or not. honestly, i had another project to do for Christmas (and i had done it in time, fiuuuuu!) and, honestly talking, i don't think i'm a good writer….specially in english! 
for the future, maybe i'll gonna try, who know!

We have many multilingual users here on AChat Hentai. You could possibly find someone who could take a finished work in another language and help you translate it into English. Or you could type it up and run it through a translator and have someone help polish the language that the translator would kick out.

Assuming I'm not busy writing my own story for whatever future contest we are talking about  I would be happy to help with that second option.

well, the second option was something i had try some months ago to send a little background for an RP to another playewr hear on Achat when i'm not sure on how to write a certain content in english. well, anyway after i had translate it i'll take a look at the tranlation, cause sometimes translate program isn't so perfect, so……it need a little of time, but it's a usefull solution.

I study Latin, and one of the biggest things I learned was that translation was more then simply submitting a word in one language for a word in the other. Which would essentially be what a translator program does, BUT it should be able to get it to the point where a native speaker could smooth it out.
