                  The monthly subscription is a recurring one. That means, if you want to stop it, please go to CCBILL's website as you mentioned.

                      Hi I have a premuim membership for a year and bought several poses and some from the latest poses like deep throat … and punishing boy and a new hair style but they do not appear for me to change my look even thu they are on my Achat shop YOURS but on Achat they do not appear

                          For the people having issues with items bought from the shop: The shop is a 2 step-check out…you must CONFIRM the check out. Then you must LOG OFF and back in…and as suzy_a mentioned, you must make sure you buy gender correct items….hair styles for woman purchased by men are unusable and cannot be gifted (that i know of, let me know if i'm wrong suzy)

                            A newbie (premium) question – can't find the answer but sorry if it's been asked before:

                            Could someone give a simple explanation of how to use the group invite button to arrange a threesome? And how does someone arrange a threesome with me?

                              When you click Group sex on someone, a popup window appears. Then you can add and remove participants accordingly with the  Add partner/Clear buttons. Click on Invite group to do so.

                                Is there any help for relationship issues? I added a user as my lover but she rejected the request. She has since told me that she wants to be friends instead. On her profile, our relationship status shows as “declining relationship”, with no option to add her as a friend. Can this be fixed or is this permanent?

                                  It requires acknowledgment of the message of the decline…(perhaps on your part if you have not already done so). Once that is accomplished both parties may be required to log out for the system to reset status,  upon re-logging in you may request the alternate offer of status.
