Do you have this pic only on your computer or did you download it from another page? If it's only on your comp forget it, it doesn't work.

If it's also in the internet, use rigth mouse button “copy Graphics Adrdess”. Choose “Insert Image” (above the smileys, 2nd from the left side) and paste the link (Graphics Addrees) between.
