    It wasn't a good year for music. So many great musicians died. Prince, Glenn Frey, David Bowie, Jimmy Bain, Black, Paul Kantner, Maurice White, Vanity, Keith Emerson, Roger Cicero, Merle Haggard, Billy Paul, Pete Burns, Bobby Vee, Leonard Cohen just to mention some of them.

    And now Rick Parfitt (Status Quo) and George Michael.

    Debbie Reynolds Rushed to Hospital Due to Possible Stroke One Day After Daughter Carrie Fisher’s Death

    Debbie Reynolds — who rose to stardom in “Singin' in the Rain” and quickly became a staple among Hollywood royalty — died Wednesday as a result of a stroke, TMZ has learned … just one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher passed away … this according to her son Todd.
    Debbie was rushed to a hospital shortly after 1 PM when someone at the Beverly Hills home of her son, Todd, called 911 to report a possible stroke. We're told Debbie and Todd were making funeral plans for Carrie, who died Tuesday of cardiac arrest.

    J. Geils RIP

    John Warren Geils  Better known as  J Geils  Guitarist of the great J Geils band passed away Wednesday

    Hands down one of the best bands to see play live, and i was lucky enough to see them many times.
