Graphic Problems

When I log in, I can not see some peoples skin. It's just white. If I redownload, it fixes it until I shut my pc down, then when I reboot, it happens again. Have done this three times now. Have run several security software scans and ccleaner. Getting old. Help please.

If you haven't already done so.
Completely uninstall the product.
Check for any remaining files, including the folder where it installed, and delete those as well. 
Restart the computer.
Do a quick check for any remaining files, if you find them, delete and restart a second time.  Otherwise
Reinstall the program.
Prior to using the Achat for the first time,  restart the computer.
Open the game and see if it works correctly.
Close the game and then Open it a second time.

i had see something similar yesterday night (well, in Italy was night!), whit the skin of the head. but the avi was turned whit back to mee, so i'm not sure if it's the scream mask.

Or maybe there are just some problem after the last update!?

I had to update my video drivers after the last update sp maybe that would fix your problem

Hi, I have the same problem.

That problem occured right after i have installed new VGA driver.

To solve the issue,

I have complately uninstalled Achat, installed it back, using the latest installer given in the website.

Uninstalled the new driver, turned back to the old one.

Did not help.

Still, some players skins look White to me.

Could you please help me. Thank you.

Try running AChat as an administrator in Vista/7 (right click on the icon, then select “Run as administrator) and see if it runs better. Some computers REQUIRE this for video to work.
