Group Poses Missing

All of my group poses are gone! What happened???  I  have bought all of the group poses and ever since Achat 2 was introduced, I have none!  I am NOT buying all of these poses again.  I have been a consistent member for 3 years, I have spent a lot of money on these poses.  This is wrong!  I'm not coming back to this game if this isn't resolved.  So sad

Hi Britney,

I'm sure this is a glitch. Is it just the group poses?

Check by logging in to the shop and going to

“Show profile”  underneath Gallery  at the top.

on the right  click on  “recent purchases”  This should lead you to your account.  All your purchases, including the “Group ones” should be shown there.
Please check.  If they are –  there is a glitch in the game and you need to inform Support also on the top bar,  to correct it.
