If you lose or forget your password, Achat will advise you what to do by contacting “Support” as advised by Adera above with the link on where to make contact.
If you have been playing as a none payer, and your account has been inactive for about 6 weeks or longer, Achats automated system locks you out of the account and cannot be retrieved.
This is so Achats server does not get clogged up with dead accounts.
I believe this also shows as “Wrong Password” when in fact it has fallen into the dead account category from being inactive.
The best way to safeguard your account, especially if you have A$ on the account is to buy a month’s subscription. A paid account will also disappear from the game from inactivity but reappear again when the owner logs in.
