Help needed for hackers

I have a friend in game who i have know for very long time. She as been away because of school. Last time we spoke, she told me her avatar got hacked and i think that hacker did it again. I just roomed with her and she was acting funny she refused to tell me thing she told me before and she did not remember my name too. she kept on asking me to tell her again. her spelling was off too. I don’t know if you guys could help me or anything
but her name is crazygirl69.

Report you findings to Support so they can monitor the account. 

Sometimes account users, do pass on their account to RL friends to take over if they have left Achat and that could be a possibility. 

Some account users like to play silly games too.

However, my advice is to pass on any suspicions to the Achat Gods so they can monitor the situation & if necessary close the account till the original user contacts them. 

May I remind members never to pass out personal details, no matter what the circumstances, no matter what the sob story,  and if you believe your account to be compromised to inform Support and change any passwords immediately.

I'm sorry to read that. I remember not long ago an user also told his account has been hacked and now it happened to covems too.
Do what Brandy told to do and tell her she shall change her password at once.

Thank you for advise. I cant tell my friend to change her password as she is not playing the game because of school. she told me she will be back. we have know each other for long time over 2 years. so my friend does not know she as been hacked. last time spoken to here she told me she was hack once before and changed her password but know i think its happened again. i told support everything I know. I just hope there somthing they can do stop this thief from steeling her name.
