Languages that doesn’t appear in Achat

Hello AChat community, I have made some Russian friends and also some friends who speak Portuguese and we used to chat in Russian, but now i can send her russian text and letters and i can see my texts, but when she try to type to me Russian, her texts doesn’t appear to me idk why? also same thing for portuguese , i can only see the characters or the text of the language i send and they also see it, but when they try to send to me, i can’t see it , any clue why?

mmm not heard of this problem before and sounds like an issue for Achat Support to resolve.
