Missing Outfit I bought. Tomb Raider style female costume.

Hi, I purchased a costume through the shop today and it is not showing up in my inventory at all when I go into the customize yourself dressing room in game. It is the “Athletic and alluring” Tomb Raider style costume set. It shows I purchased it in ‘recently purchased items’ section and it took my funds but I cannot access the item or see it when I am changing. It cost me 419 A$…I want the item or a refund, I already wrote to support but got no reply. Do they regularly check it and how long does it take to get a reply? I have never had to use it before since I started in 2019. Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Thanks in advance-J
