    New types of bodies should be introduced, like chubby or slim.

    Hi.. Welcome to the forum.

    Yes. Nice Idea.

    But, all poses have set movements. If bodies were a bigger build (as you call chubby) your partners hands would clip inside their body.

    If your partners body was slimmer then your hands would hover over. This can be actually seen on the female slim body now in some if not all poses, when a partner caresses boobs.
