Let's combin the idea of a 5-star-hotel with the castle. Though I would prefer a summer setting, we also can have fun outside, in the pool or a big bbq.
A big spa area nd of course a dungeon, as every old castle has this. Perhaps some hidden, secret rooms? And a library, a smoking room (some big cigars, hehe) a fine restaurant, a fitness room…
