I’m guessing you might be too early. Announcement states Premium will start 4th June. But, of course I’m only guessing.

Yes, seems the gifts arn’t ready yet.
I know of 3 others who have bought early and no gifts received.

We will know more on Friday. You have done the right thing asking Achat’s Support.

Perhaps you could let us know their reply here in this topic to advise other members in the same position?

@osul I did the same thing. Bought the A$ to be ready. Didn’t get the gifts. Just hold off now on paying the subscription till Friday. I know someone who bought her A$ and paid her year long subscription today and did not get the gifts either.

However, I am writing to support, as I suggest you do. They have records of when you purchased. They should be able to give you gifts even if you have to wait till Friday to get them.

So do we really have to buy A$ and then go to client and pay for Premium.

If you look on the website and log in it says on the Home tab. Upgrade & Buy A$.

Lets hope that you can buy Premium like we could before. But who knows. That system, to me anyway, was fine.

please have a little patience, the gift section on the web page will be added soon (we plan it during this week), and you will get the gifts then.
(the gift comes with the purchase of premium membership days, which will be needed to play the game as usual, and not just for buying A$)

Also I clicked on prolong, fully expecting my premium membership but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

It started to count the days before the premium membership started! so I paid for 2 days for which there is no premium membership.

Seriously, It is not rockect science to figure out how to do it properly. Perhaps a new development team is in order!
