Actually, one should always clean a dildo that's been used anally if you want to use it vaginally or with your mouth… otherwise you or your partner runs the risk of getting an bacterial infection. The same thing goes for fingers, one should clean them in between.

Knowing that I wouldn't want the possibility to use the dildo or finger in both vagina and anus since it would give people the wrong idea about what's hygienic.

You can of course clean your anus really well which will make the risk smaller but I don't think it'll completely disappear and quite often sex is spontaneous so you don't have the time to get as clean as you would like to be. That's one big reason why I don't like to suck on dildos and why I irl like guys to wear a condom when they fuck me.

I may perfectly agree , and in fact, after you post, feel concerned too about your Hygienic concern!
( I may confess I had not though about it when first replied, I was only focused on the pose possibilities )

In fact, some pose actualy may lead for contamination ( all posses that have both Analy and vaginaly penetrations ( actions )  in the same pose .)
And even this one may have … I think “Grab tits” may occurred after “Finger asshole”  … that's not very clean ( even may not lead to infection )
And … I still don't speak about the different poses continuity … For, once dirty, the dildo, or the finger  must so be segregated I think.

I think, first that having both possibilities don't mean we have to do them all in a row !

What I feel frustrating ( not a lot )  is that one action is about anal, and the other is about Vaginal.
I feel that was better to have both dildo and finger in the … same place ( better be vaginal, I really think most women please not so much about anal … but that is only my way of thinking ) . So it would not

Yes, the options to switch from vaginal to anal or vice versa are in many poses and personally I don't mind the options… rather I think it's good that they're there.

A problem that some suffers from is that they think that how you do things in AChat… or porn is how you do it irl. I just hope they're not very many, but to be on the safe side I think it's a good idea to be informative about these things every once in a while.

Of course you two are rigth…..hygienic is really important in RL for yourself and for your partner!

Washing the dildo after anal play can be a solution, another can be using a condom on it or two different dildo for anal and vaginal. and for hands, there is allways the chance to use surgery gloves (or similar!): they offer protection during dirty play!
