Gender Purchase Error

Hello All,

I recently had an incident where I accidentally purchased a bracelet intended for a man. The system allowed me to check out, took my A$, but I did not get the item as it not intended for females. The system shows it as mine on the website, but I do not have access to it. Has this happened to anyone else? If I can’t use the bracelet, I’d like to get my money back.

Send a ticket to support (button on top of this website) and explain what has happened. If I remember right it happened once or twice in the past.

UPDATE

Achat has since updated the game so although you can still buy things of the wrong gender, a bright lilac warming appears before you buy asking you to confirm the purchase, like so…

This should prevent such mistakes happening.

If it does… write to “support” (on menu bar top of this page), explain the situation and I’m sure they will refund you and take the item back as long as its a one off situation.
