To inform users and to let you know that many of us want to improve the game.
This is the email that some of us developers sent to support on May 1st and which has not been replied to until today.
We have many ideas to suggest that would make the game more dynamic and socially more active but we have a desire and hope.***********************************************************************
Good morning,
I write on behalf of all the designers who sign below
Confronting the critical issues regarding the timing of publication of the clothes, we believe time is excessive
average waiting time which is about 4 months and over time this limit seems to increase.
We understand that there are other activities behind Achat, but you will also understand in your turn that such a long time
discourage many of us from continuing to make clothes for the game.
We are aware that there is a long waiting queue but for this very reason we ask you to take in
consider the possibility of having a personal marketplace available where each of us can insert the
own creations and make them available to users, obviously following your positive opinion on
creations themselves.
Many platforms have this type of system and we have high hopes that achat will implement it as well
reach these other competitors.
This step would bring new benefits for everyone, as we creators would see our clothes already available on the
market on your part would reduce the work to transform the .png files we send you.
With sales increases, your chances of earning money would increase through on-demand dresses, exclusive designs or
dresses present only for a certain period of time, seasons, anniversaries, celebrations etc …
Obviously given your approval or not on the creations to safeguard the management guidelines you have
chosen. We have many ideas to implement the game by making it more dynamic, starting with restoring the editor for
the creation of the rooms
Some of us are professional software developers already working in the field of gaming and 3D.We would very much like a closer comparison to give you our impressions and our suggestions to improve
the game from the point of view of us users, thus preventing many friends from moving to other games as unfortunately
it has already happened in many cases, which have never returned, or with sporadic appearances.
We like the game, and we would like to continue it by increasing it, rather than running the risk of being us, and many others with whom we interact on a daily basis,
to move to other platforms chasing those who leave instead of being able to bring them back here.Confident in your feedback, we wish you good work

Love your ideas and we support all our designers. It shows the level of frustration that is felt when a group such as yourselves gather together for the purpose of developing suggestions to resolve the problem.
We too worry about the loss of subscribers over this and more.
Most of us purchased our year long subscription when AChat reintroduced the Premium pricing and have an average of 30 days left on our subscriptions. For these past 11 months we have been looking forward to the big promised update that was at first scheduled for January and not yet received. It is well into May now and I have heard many say that if the update is not implemented prior to when their premium runs out they will not renew.
All of these issues concern us and the last thing any of us want is to see our top designers of poses and clothing leave the game.
These two major concerns are very serious.
AChat I respectfully ask that you please take note and respond.
May 10, 2022 at 8:32 pm #198882huny_yumyumParticipantDevelopers and designers have been asking for a marketplace for their work since 2016.
They all received the same response we have, which was no response at.There is a common thread that runs through most of the posts on the Forum, the frustration experienced by players
at the lack of communication from support. So many people had very good ideas on how to improve AChat,
from more poses for gay and shemales players, better age verification and spam controls with people having to provide an
email address when they registered, to Vaughan’s repeated requests for a link to the Forum at the login screen.Every request was ignored. It reached a point, where a few years ago, the Forum had four moderators, and all four of them
left the Forum in protest because they received no replies from support to any of their emails. If it wasn’t for Vaughan and Jessi’s
efforts, the Forum would be obsolete. Now it’s the promised graphics engine update… when can we expect it and what can we expect. What will change, what will come across with
the new graphics engine, can we expect to keep clothes and poses. It is what it is. And if you say to me, it’s a pity because it could be so much better; and in the long term a lot of interesting and
creative people have left or are going to leave, then I completely agree with you.May 10, 2022 at 11:00 pm #198885VaughanModeratorI certainly fully support our member clothes designers and pose designers.
I hope Achat listen to your ideas and understand that we all love this place and want only the best for our members. If everyone works together, I’m sure the communication will improve and in doing so, things implemented that only improve the game for our members.
Achat please listen and answer them soon.
and @ Huny_yumyum – Thank you for your support, its appreciated.
June 12, 2022 at 5:14 am #199249bree90ParticipantHello,
after 40 days and after about 10 reminders, the support deigned to answer us.
obviously I did not expect anything concrete and so it was.
below is the answer:Hi,
we are terribly sorry for the presumed ignoring. We clearly understand the advantages of a personal marketplace, but we cannot promise it in the near future. That comes simply from our product development policy where we have other goals at this moment. We will be fully open for suggestions as soon as we fulfill our internally defined goals, but we suppose that takes a few months yet. Meanwhile we try to speed up the issue of user designs, but as you also mentioned, there are very much submissions and all developers would like to see their work in the shop. Yes, we know, the personal marketplace…I am sorry that I cannot tell you more at the moment, but we still hope you can keep up the cooperation and we can improve the AChat experience together day after day even if we cannot build in your good ideas quickly.
Regards,
AChat supportJune 12, 2022 at 11:18 am #199250VaughanModeratorAt last Achat have answered.
Although its disappointing, they have not hinted at what goals they wish to reach and that it will take a “few months”… at least they are open to new ideas and will decide in the future if they will implement it.We just have to keep waiting it seems.
Lets hope the game renewals due will not just move somewhere else.
Many members are already exploring new places and may not return or if they do, in a limited capacity.
The lack of information is pushing members away.
Achat please update us on the big update… Achat Next.June 12, 2022 at 9:09 pm #199252ZuzannahParticipantAt least they responded but, what are the goals ?
June 13, 2022 at 10:00 am #199255JessiCapriParticipantIt’s nice to hear they are going to push the designs submitted, and they should do this, however it comes at a very bad time.
AChat you do know that many subscriptions end this month right? What incentive do they have to renew a subscription when the promised update is 6 months past promised target date? It is well known they can still play the game without using poses or….changing clothes. For many the only reason they renewed last June was because of this promised update/upgrade.
My own premium subscription has already expired. On the last day I made sure to change into an outfit that I will not tire of for many months or at least till the update comes in. So why would I purchase a new outfit I can’t change into?
I won’t leave AChat completely. I will purchase a subscription when the update is released and at that time will buy and support my favorite designers. But there are many who will try other platforms and not return. I am worried about our game. We have had no feedback from you on a new target date despite many inquiries.
I am concerned too that many of our BEST designers will also find other platforms to share their talent on and leave AChat behind and not return.
Is it possible to suspend the normal limitations and make it free to play again as you did during Covid lockdown? It would be a huge way to tell your customers that you value them and are aware that you have not met your business goals/commitment. When the update is released premium can then be released again at the same time.
This will help keep your customers. It will keep the sales in the shop active and give incentive to our designers of both clothes and poses.
June 13, 2022 at 10:37 am #199256bree90ParticipantHonestly, I no longer have the strength nor the patience to continue writing to the support.
Their answers are always irritating and the latter even more so.
I don’t even want to criticize or comment on their choices or how they have to relate to users and especially to the managers of the forum. It’s just wasted time.
Also I have not renewed the premium and I have no intention of doing so. I prefer to spend that money to eat a pizza.
Your reasoning on the issue of buying new clothes is correct.
Many users are already gone.
Those left are few and even fewer those with the premium. It means that all the time and effort to make my clothes will go up in smoke as few will buy.
(I am one of the few who make money from actual sales and not from oneshot payments from support)It is useless to force the publication of the clothes in the queue. If it is possible to do it now it was possible to do it even earlier and I will not go into the quality of the latest publications.
Obviously I no longer want to design or even send other clothes that I have ready.
I’m sorry for anyone who appreciates my style. in any case I still have 6 dresses that will have to be published. (I hope).June 13, 2022 at 5:50 pm #199257JessiCapriParticipantbree I have my own suspicions of why there are multiple hold ups from upgrade, new products and bad communication. Granted that communication has never been one of their strong points, but I suspect there is much more going on behind the scenes with most being completely out of their control. My suspicions are just that and it is not my place to voice them. I can only wish that AChat come clean with their customers and explain the hold up in detail.
