I have a sincere question here. I had a cold invite from a she-male and looking at their profile their orientation is listed as “homo”. Now homosexual is defined as sexually attracted to one’s own gender… so wouldn’t that be just to other she-males in the case of this cold inviter?
Just an idea I wanted to put out there.
August 7, 2010 at 4:30 am #25219BearParticipantInteresting question,…kind of goes with the internal identity of a She-male; on one hand is the core identity still male driven attraction which to me is the “homo” identity..or could it be a female with a secret desire of being”hung”. Guess it's a circumstance where you have to unwrap the package of the personality to find out which that cold invite wasn't getting you the chance.
August 7, 2010 at 5:41 am #25220sinnnnParticipantK, its either the drink I just had or your question, but my eyes just crossed. I agree with Bear. Its what they identify themselves as. Its more an individual decision instead of their pyhsical(?).
August 7, 2010 at 1:01 pm #25221Janine DeeParticipantDefinitely wasn't giving me the chance, but I just had to put it to the board. It brings up some reasonable (eye-crossing) points. Is a certain she-male attracted to men, women, both, other she-males, and what would their orientation be? Since their very name seems to exist between the male and female points it's a complicated concept.
August 7, 2010 at 7:11 pm #25222sinnnnParticipantOMG STOP IT. STOP IT. Now my head hurst. Kiss it and make it better. : 🙂
But all mind twisting good points.
August 7, 2010 at 9:21 pm #25223BearParticipanthmmm,…good thing you’re not a she-male or I’d be forced to ask which head?
May live in a rural area but know two; One in particular is very driven in his/her core of a female identity…, and I know is waiting on trans-gender surgery,…although he/she is active in a relationship with a female, haven’t really broached the topic with him,..er.. her,…of whether :
🙂 he/she consider this a lesbian relationship. My guess is yes…
The other,…Bi’ if that even applies…does bi’ even apply with the attributes of both sexes…or does that become half- hetero? Janine Dee does that qualify for a new term of description…”half het-set”…(say that quick 3 times…)
Now my head hurts…
August 7, 2010 at 11:52 pm #25224Janine DeeParticipantCome to bed Sinnnn. I’ll give you a nice massage and help you forget all about it.
You’re out of luck there Bear. ;D
As far as the half het-set. Nope. I coined the term for those who could enjoy heterosexual sex. A she-male by definition would not apply.
I think that the issue here is that by their nature there is some ambiguity.
I am homo, but I am also biologically female.
She-males don’t have that biological point, or more accurately they have both, which keeps it from being as defining of a characteristic.
I was hoping some of those posting in other threads would comment though as I am truly interested.
August 8, 2010 at 7:56 am #25225bufftee22ParticipantI do have to agree that a very valid point has been raised and i too would like to see some of our shemale users thoughts upon it…cos i have also sat there very confused about the exact same thing
August 8, 2010 at 2:15 pm #25226ShiannaParticipantI'm a girl-shemale (natural born, missed chromosomes, etc.) , and I think that 'homo' should apply that I'm attracted to other shemales.
Edit: She/He probably forgot to update their profile.
August 8, 2010 at 10:36 pm #25227Janine DeeParticipantOkay Sianna. So you are just attracted to other shemales? Now that would actually apply like when I first started this thread.
So if we continue that thought bi would be with both men and women and other shemales.
What would hetero be then? Or would it simply not apply as there is no “opposite sex”.
August 10, 2010 at 1:20 am #25228BearParticipantReally would like to here from more She-males in regards to the question. Is there a particular phrase that should be used if one is attracted to a specific sexual orientation,…She-male to male or she-male to female.
August 10, 2010 at 2:05 am #25229sinnnnParticipantHow bout we just make it simple.
1. Hi! I’m a mas she-male – attracted only to females
2. Hi! I’m a Fem she-male – attracted only to males
3. Hello Everyone!!! I’m a Tri she-male – attracted to male, female and she-male
I have simplified it. Needed no big words that is hard to spell.
Now uncrossing my eyes.
😛
August 10, 2010 at 4:00 am #25230Janine DeeParticipantUmm… Sweetheart… you missed she-male attracted to she-males.
And it's not really the terms Love.
It's more just curiosity at this point about how she-males express their sexuality on here. Do they pick one of the genders, all three, two of the three?
August 10, 2010 at 5:16 am #25231sinnnnParticipantI had it dammit. I had it. My eyes was uncrossing and then BAM. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
August 10, 2010 at 5:22 pm #25232Janine DeeParticipantThere there darling, there there. *cradling Sinnnn's head to my chest, petting her hair*
