      Once you are happy with the designs, contact Achat via Support, and they will tell you how to upload them and send to them for assessing and accepting.

          Support are a little slow in replying. Give them a few days, or a week and give them another message.

          That’s all the advice I can give, sorry. They’re not exactly quick in responding at the moment.
