Subscription ID for payments to CCBill

I don’t use this product enough to pay a montly fee. Therefor, i want to cancel my subscription.

On the faq, it says to cancel it through this link;

I enter all the information, assuming my subscription ID is my in-game name but i get a message saying the subscription ID can’t be found.

So, what is a subscription ID then? Where do i find it?

Your subscription ID was sent to you by CCBILL via email (it is not the AChat username)
Normally it is a 18-digit number.

CCBill send ID on mail only for month by month subscription!? i had pay for an year and they don't send me nothing!

As far as I know, yes, also in the case of yearly subscription.

CCBill always send an Email confirmation for subscription following payment for Achat. In the title is a large 18 digit number.

This same number is always shown in the actual email and is called an Order number.

It looks something similar to this 853021734000006895

This is the Subscription ID and the receipt and proof of payment.

You get a confirmation email for each payment made with this ID number on, albeit different each time.

You should keep it and the email safe until your subscription has ended, just in case you have a payment / product query.
