I've just seen the train crash news ..My thoughts and prayers to anyone that this may effect …So sorry for the five that lost their lives , my condolences to relatives and friends ..RIP .

Its very tragic.  I just cant understand how these things cant be avoided now-a-days… so sad!  My heart and prayers go out to all the families as well.

My life is  good  some times its not but I  appreciated
it  and I  find great joy when I see some one happy there smiles and happy souls..

I having lost a lot of  friends family this past years  …

I say take a little more time to  love all the people that  are around  you 

smile more   breath in  the  air  look up at the sun and love life .

I am  sorry for all the family that  loses some one  it is them that  hurt the must

so a warm felt heart thought  hug  go's out to them …..
