These scammer(s) are usually freeusers.   Ask yourself this …   If you can afford to give away / buy me  10,000 Achat Dollars,  why arnt you premium?

They do get banned and are reported.  The problem is IP's can be roaming as well, therefore we report them here, so people are aware.

If you look back, there are a few who are banned and the scam very similar.
