I would like to have the option to wear my watch in the right wrist too, hope in developers…

I haven't tested it, but usually you can change left/right hand. Did you try it?

The men’s wrist watches still cannot swap wrists. You can only wear a watch on your left wrist.
You would think by now the option would have been updated to include right wrists like the bracelets
