What’s with the banner on forum? Coupons???

Noticed (duh!!!!) the banner on the right side of the screen. “Coupons” Play.com. You have to click it away each time you open a page. No wonder they need sponsoring, sales must be down with the silly clothes they bring out.

Scanned 3 times now. The forum the only site that shows the banner. Visited several sites, including adult sites. Only here it is shown. Not sure it is a bug… Any people from holland experiencing the same?
