Pretty close,…there has been a number of advancements and new techniques…would rather a Trans-woman comment it on it then pass my second hand knowledge of the matter. Procedures vary from doctor to doctor…I do know that hormonal treatment is used considerable…not just for creating boobs,… My acquaintance was undergoing the hormonal treatment,yet “he” indicated it was a requirement even post surgical.  What was interesting, though I am not certain all require it,..his counselor required him to live a full year as a woman (transvestite) before proceeding into the per-op phase. I do know he was on the hormones at that period.

I hold a lot of empathy for people having to go through that phase,…society isn't the most accommodating. He lost his job as a mechanic for that…

May live in a rural area but know two; One in particular is very driven in his/her core of a female identity…, and I know is waiting on trans-gender surgery,…although he/she is active in a relationship with a female, haven’t really broached the topic with him,..er.. her,…of whether :

Interesting question,…kind of goes with the internal identity of a She-male; on one hand is the core identity still male driven attraction which to me is the “homo” identity..or could it be a female with a secret desire of being”hung”. Lumping this as a Shemale expense is incorrect too, there are no FF/MF  needs. Currently there are no threesome options for the Shemale so the estimate is incorrect for labeling  it such.

he should modify his posting to reflect that this is a Female estimate, for someone who wishes to invest in every option. I am of the opinion that such investment is not necessary…but it is a choice.

RLC is a monthly fee of $20.00 per month (US) , …so I can only say it's a matter of choice as to value. Here though a premium can opt to interact with a non-premium. In RLC there is no such option only VIP's can have sex.  It is fair to say that it is the paid account holders who are carrying the load for the non-premiums. To say otherwise is ignoring economics.
