        Agree with you sinnnn,…
Horror has reached nothing more than intended shock value of gore with victims you actually root hoping for some bloody end.

That being said, horror spoofs make my day when I need a laugh:
        Young Frankenstein,
        Scary Movie,

        my fav…Shaun of the Dead

bouli you beat me to the Firefly reference, great show, and its sequel movie Serenity, worth the watch if you like sci-fi with unique and interesting characters even though it was short lived. The series has accumulated a strong cult following. and for you comic book collectors it will be going to print as a series (if it hasn't already).

Personally don't watch too much tv during the summer, (just to much to do around here outdoors) come winter when the cold settles in is when I catch up on shows: Dexter, Trueblood, (and also catching up on Supernatural so hush…)…might offer Deadwood as a suggestion. A ralistic, brutal dramatic (laced with some wicked humor) viewpoint of a Dakota mining town…Ian McShane gives some some of the best reflective monologues you'll ever hear.

Eureka is another fav, along with…Chuck

Fun Janine? Here in AChat? No, not possible.

Of course I know; and I love it. My last post are lyrics of a nice song of the 80s, “Doctor, Doctor” by the Thompson Twins. I rememberes it when you wrote about the doctor.

@ Bouli: You gave me an idea. Maybe I ask the A-Team to add some genital diseases to make it more realistics. They can use a random generator, the one who gets it has to keep away for one week.

              Ahh,…VD,…virtual disease

Love the kneeling spoon position,…a position up to this point I've had to weave into the encounters by the  imagination of description.  Nice to have this anchor pose now to work with, even if the options from it are lacking

5th Element great movie, one of a handful I do watch over. Might suggest Sigourney Weaver and her Alien series,…the character transition between he first and last had an interesting evolution.

My favorite actor, just to listen to his voice, is Morgan Freeman. Something about the pitch and tone of his speech has me mesmerized. Shawshank Redemption, Million Dollar Baby, Invictus, for starters.

hmmm, good, will have to play with that tonight. Far too little fondling in most of these poses,

                      *sighs

and for me, being one with wandering hands.

Janine you are right about most mellow music, most don't feel. Far easier to display the emotion of anger in music than to show the softer forms of emotion in song. There are gems out there,… few and far between.

The songwriter on hearing it, remarked, he thought it the best version of his song,… relaying the emotion he wanted and felt when he wrote it. That's the big difference between now and music of the 70'… 80's  and now. Fearless writers/performers laying it out. Not concerned about the marketing image.

Sinnnn, first time I have heard Rascal Flatts and Marilyn Mason used in the same sentence.

Understand your points, however in fairness to those who may live on the forum, and to give them a chance to be involve I understand Sinnnn's position…whether she knows it…hmmm I'll read her mind and see:

                                ok,….
                                whoa…

                                shouldn,t have gone there…
                                Jeez woman…
                                silence…
yes she knows…I need a cold shower now
a couple of more clues….cute romantic fantasy story, self contained…complete and hence no sequel ever made:
                                and this line:
“You know when I said I knew little about love? That wasn't true. I know a lot about love. I've seen it, centuries and centuries of it, and it was the only thing that made watching your world bearable. All those wars. Pain, lies, hate… It made me want to turn away and never look down again. But when I see the way that mankind loves… You could search to the furthest reaches of the universe and never find anything more beautiful. So yes, I know that love is unconditional. But I also know that it can be unpredictable, unexpected, uncontrollable, unbearable and strangely easy to mistake for loathing,…”

                                  OK,…(movie intro as a hint)
“A philosopher once said are we human because we gaze at the stars,…or do we gaze at the stars because we are human? Petty really,…do the stars gaze at us? Now that is a real question.”
