I found my problem and solved it, now it update automaticaly…

the problem => Download Accelerator Plus , this app put an hook inside the HTTP/DL protocol of IE to “accelerate download” but the achat updater don't understand the message from that app and say => can't download the file. (basic explain, it's more complicated)

how to solve => unsinstall the program.

if you have an download accelerator, remove it totaly.

i have read the updater with notepad. the updater use some file inside the install dir, inside them there are all the link where you can download the file.

WARNING : i'm not hacker, i don't do that.

i know, i update it manualy !!! i download all the patch manualy, extract it, and paste it !!!

Lover but dont know how to this exatly what files i must copy to folders etc.. maybe someone give here good tutorial

yes i can but i don't have time to do this at this moment, and i like to do tutorial with a lot of screenshot if i can.

from the begining i don't have this folder : 'C:Program FilesAChat' (i'm on seven x64) and i don't have 'C:Program Files (x86)AChat' too.
Info the problem was not present from january to june ; after 4 mounth absent [ business trip] the problem start…

Hi, i have the same problem. the updater won't work.

the log say :
Checking version and updating as needed…
Local release: 1
Server release: 1
Local version: 324
Version on the server: 334
Could not download version history file!!!

i have try all the solution say in the topics, the must strange is => i can manualy download this file (why Firefox can and updater cannot)
