Im not sure how this would fit in, either as clothes or part of a pose, because they are usuapplied by the Dominant to the submissive in BDSM play. But I’d like to see at least some of the following:

Ball gags
Blindfolds and hoods
Hobble skirts
Chastity belts for the ladies
Chastity cock cages for the gentlemen
Arm binders and straight jackets
Ballerina shoes
Spreader bars (Thanks Bear)
Medical gowns

The list goes on, but this would be a good start IMO.

I really like this Idea Bear.  I think it would be great for men to be in this pose as well.  It's a great way to fully expose their genitals for emasculation play or just to tease him 

Some good options in MF would be:
Spanking
Prodding the genitals with a crop or cane
Paddling
Begging or shaking the head “no”
Playing with the balls
Handjob
Blowjob
Anal penetration with a finger or dildo
Fucking the man with a Dildo in a harness

These options, while unremarkable themselves, could be very effective tools for BDSM play when coupled with the right role play and build up.  With the right chat partner I think it could be very exciting for both.  If not, it will just look like a cheap kinky peep show. IMO.

The furnishings would come with the poses in this case.  Kind of like the pole in the dancing pose.  So I dont think adding that would be too hard.  Its just the conceptual stuff like being able to take control of a sub in that situation that I see some roadblocks.  But it is what it is.

Id love to have some more poses for FS that are easier to switch between partners.  Sometimes I  have men who are not shemale, but use those characters because they want the forced feminization experience.  Most men in this situation do not want to penetrate the female, they want to be penetrated themselves by the female wearing a strapon.  These poses are, for the most part, lacking from what I can see.  So it makes it harder for me to help them live out that fantasy.

I know the development on this will probably never happen due to the complexity but here goes.

1. Bound poses where one can bind a player to a St. Andrews cross or other standing device and be flogged. 
2. A queening bench.
3. A cage
4. A medical exam table with stirrups
5. Suspension bondage with several orientations for exposing the genitals
6. A general rope bondage selection with options for hogtie, arm binding, leg binding, etc.
7. Some type of sensory restriction where the Dominant player can remove the submissive's sight, ability to speak, etc.

Now here's the part that will probably make it impossible.  There needs to be an option that gives the Dominant player full control over the submissive.  So the only way they can remove these restrictions is either when the Dominant relinquishes control, or when they press some kind of “safeword” button.
