Hi again, Achat Community.Having now attained two full years of Achat membership, I wish to take a moment to reflect on my experience here.
I have just re-read my introduction from two years ago, and not surprisingly I still agree with most of my initial observations.
So, here is what I have to offer, on a number of topics, reflecting on my two-years of play:
(I welcome your feedback.)
Why Do We Do This?
For some, it is emotional candy. For me, and I think for most of the players who stay and stay and stay after the initial trial, it is an amusing diversion. Also, once you establish a few friendships, you grow to appreciate those friendships, even treasure them.
Being an animated character, I have limitations. I can't fist-bump you, and I can't wave to you from across the street. I can't blow my nose. I can't smile. I can't sit on the bench. However as a cartoon girl, I have so many freedoms. I can engage in absurdly casual sex with a limitless number of partners.
Taking the game too seriously can be problematic. We all have to be prepared to handle the emotional repercussions that can arise when we get in to a relationship that gets “real” even though we are only cartoons. (More than a couple of times, my real person has cried real tears.)
Cartoon Terrorism
The most upsetting occurrence I have witnessed in two years is the taunting, threatening, intimidating, and terrorizing of players by online bullies. These dark episodes caused me deep pain.
The administrators of the game seem to have remedied this situation. I extend my profound thanks. I recall that some players were impatient, even upset with the game administrators for failing to respond decisively and immediately to every complaint. My observation is that even if it took some time, the effectiveness of the remediation is what's most important.
Surprise!
The most significant improvement the Achat administrators have implemented in the past two years was to put the letter W on my name-tag. Initially, I disliked it. Soon, however, I saw why they did it, and it improved the game, enormously.
I admit that I am all too readily mesmerized by long eyelashes, rosy cheeks, and an ample bosom. So, when a stranger with those attributes gives me some attention, talks to me, and gives an invitation, I am all to eager to accept. Then, in private, it happens, “Surprise!”
What can I do? Ahh, ya got me. I totally fell for it. I see. Oh crazy you! I see you are actually a boy who takes hormone shots so you can have a nice set of boobs to complement your testicles. Yeah, yeah, great joke. I am so amused. You totally got me.
Thank you, thank you, Achat masters. Thank you for recognizing what an obnoxious problem this was and for giving us the option to save a lot of playing time by avoiding the surprise.
Making Great Cartoon Porn
I steadfastly embrace this mode of online engagement. This is such significant departure from the experience that we had in the early 2000s when IRC had become a phenomenon.
3-d games now have become pervasive, (significantly more of them being not pornographic). Still, however, for people who continue to prefer the text experience there are about a quadrillion online platforms that are text-based. Being here on an animated 3-d platform affords us an experience which I find to be very much preferable. Therefore, my request to anyone who, um, “engages” with me: please cool it with all the chatter!
When you have something to place in to my chat window, let it be “Yummm what a fragrant, warm, wet, delicious pussy!”
What not to say: “firmly pressing my tongue and lips all over your welcoming wetness”.
So, what's the difference?? The first statement is relaying your feelings! declaring how the experience is affecting you.
The second statement is merely reiterating the information that I already am getting visually from the animation !!!
It is a visual game! That is why I enjoy it.
It is not just redundant but also annoying to be getting a running text narrative which re-states what I already know, from watching the characters.
It is a better experience just to do it, not to talk talk talk about what we are doing.
Also, if the action that we see is punctuated with a small measure of “mmmmm aaaaah, oh yes oooh don't stop”, that would be sooooo much nicer than to have to read “now I am doing this, now I am doing this, now I am doing this, …”
Hey, want to Role-Play?
Ahem. Don't be a moron. Every thing that we do here is a role-play.
What are you wearing? (etc.)
I am an avatar. Do not attempt to use me as a messenger to get in contact with my mistress, seated at the computer desk. I have opined on this topic elsewhere in the Forum.
3-d Animated Chat Is a Business
Achat Administration has frequently been criticized for lack of adequate engagement with their users. Having given this subject some thought, they are right. I agree with the administration's posture of staying away from community affairs, except when their involvement becomes absolutely necessary. It is better that we resolve issues, when possible, within the community.
It is unseemly for a newbie to whine at the administrators about the game's shortcomings. It will never be perfect.
I agree completely with the whines about the engineers having taken away capabilities which once existed. When two premiums are together, all the poses ought to be available and be accessible by either partner.
They have to collect enough income to keep the servers operational 365 days. Enhancements to make the game experience more pleasant are always welcome. They do, of course, have to make money in order to continue operating. Just please don't complain about the cost of any game offerings. If the item is too costly, do not buy it.
Gamers
Some people actually think that this is a competitive event. My opinion of course is that you completely miss the point, if you sense the need to outcompete others for a high number of likes. I'll be polite and trade likes with you, if you ask. However, I think it's a frivolous waste of energy. I do not care how many likes you have nor how many I have.
Thanks, everyone. Be safe and have fun. Love, Gigi
Gigi__1ParticipantA “Blind Voyeur” version of this idea also gets my juices flowing, where the Voyeur is unknown. But, I can see how this feature could be exploited by those that want to cause grief. Sadly…. but I am still aroused by the idea
I wonder if the voyeur idea might work as a pay-per-view feature.First, I would enter in a number in my personal settings, the number of A$ I am willing to accept as a fee for letting a voyeur watch, while I am in a room. (If left blank, it means I am unwilling to be on exhibit.) Accompanying the A$ amount is a second number, the number of minutes that comprises a “show”, for example 600 $, 12 minutes.
While in the room with my lover, I might get a pop-up message “SnoddyRoddy will pay 600 A$ to watch you and “
I'll have a choice of three buttons, “Accept”, “Reject”, or “Reject All”. (“Reject All” stops any further solicitations).
Only one voyeur may watch.
If the show continues, for at least 12 minutes, I get a “Transaction Successful” message. 300 $ for me, and 300 for the partner.
If the voyeur leaves, before the 12 minutes, he still must pay.
The show may continue, for as long as all parties are willing.
The voyeur may not hear the conversation. (Maybe this one could be a configurable option.)
I think it's a win-win-win.
The voyeur receives a private show. The exhibitionists will receive pay. AChat will benefit from increased A$ purchases.

Awww, thanks so much Venus, for the very nice post and for your friendship! Here are a few more.Gigi__1Participant
I had a good laugh about the no public sex in the Red Light Area. What were they thinking ? LOL
Hi, Zuz. I have a theory about what they're thinking. It is in Achat's interest to have more and more money passed from the “client” to the “service provider”. This would, predictably, lead to more frequent A$ purchases by the johns, as well as more clothing purchases and more premium service renewals by the whores. Therefore, they are attempting to discourage “other” activity in the Red Light district.
You do have a very good point, however. Disallowing public lewdness? in the Red-Light district??
I guess we won't be seeing this again:
So, really! Do we prefer to displace this kind of spontaneous fun back to summer and winter, and not to be able to entice and tease and spark some lustful interest when in the whore room!!
Gigi__1Participant
William, and everyone,The capability to private-chat with another player, when you are standing with several people within your green zone, will be useful but would also introduce some new problems and complications. Someone will of course, inevitably, type a comment into the wrong window. Someone will hear a comment which was intended to be private. There could be some hurt feelings.
Also, I'd prefer not to have to wonder what people are whispering to each other, and if it's about me. It's better to leave it as it is: when you are in public, what you say is public.
Perhaps if the Achat engineers really are interested in implementing a “whisper” it might be better simply to have a small extra chat window available to a couple in the Slow Dance action. They'd be able to have a bit of sweet-talk just between themselves and avoid peppering the main conversation.
Gigi__1ParticipantGutz, your real-life guy is, tragically, burdened with the responsibility of conducting yourself in a civil manner toward your life-partner or significant-other, as well as toward society in general. Your game guy needs to shut up and fuck, like the animal that you actually are. Don't ruin your otherwise very casual, relaxing, and tremendously fun game experience by deciding that you have to behave here the way that you (sadly) have to behave in real.
June 21, 2017 at 8:52 pm in reply to: How do you deal with people asking personal questions? #161508Gigi__1Participant
Hi, Karin, and thanks for introducing a very appropriate and compelling question.I, too, find it disturbing when a partner attempts to bypass the cartoon-avatar and instead tries to use this game as a means to have a direct conversation with the girl sitting at the actual computer desk.
I normally do not “play” with a transsexual, but if I ever did, rest assured I would never ask you, what are you? really?
I make the effort to keep it light-hearted and never too serious. To me, the value of this game is that you get to have blatantly casual sex with many, many partners and can conveniently bypass all the drawbacks and consequences that would predictably arise if you tried to do so, in real life. That said, I do have intense human feelings and am aware that in some cases, the relationship can develop into, well, more than “casual”. I am an adult, nevertheless, and am able to handle it.
In cases where a partner abruptly shifts over to inquiries about the real-life player and not the game character, I normally get through the scene without ever resorting to any unpleasantness. Usually, I can keep the partner's interest in the sex act at a high enough level that he'd rather continue the sex, and not stop to have a chat about life. If he persists, though, then the date, for me, has been ruined. I don't want to waste any more time. I'll get dressed, and tell him so. In an extremely unpleasant case, yes, I can always just poof completely. I do try to be nice, but I won't let a player control me. (However, if “control” is part of his mantra, I am willing to play. He'll understand fully that it is play and that he never is really in control.)
Additional good advice, to you and to all players here and in any on-line game: Don't be generous with personal information. There are of course a lot of stalkers out there. True, you want to be yourself. So, give yourself a birthday that is the date you began your on-line experience. Let your age be two to ten years younger than real-life you. Tell other players your country and your region, but not necessarily the exact city or town where you live.
I hope you have fun, Karin, and please say “hi” when you see me in summer or winter.
Kisses'n hugs!

May 20, 2017 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Voting for a seperate Room for long term Premiums ( no freebies Prem ) #161362Gigi__1ParticipantI am not voting “yes” and I'm not voting “no”.
I understand and agree with all the very compelling points that have been presented in this topic.
I'd like to put forward a similar idea, if you please.
Your “preferred place” (you know, your location for when you extend someone an invitation) needs, also, to serve as your Party Room.
You'd pay 100 A$ for one hour, 200 for two hours.
The party would need to be limited to just a few guests, perhaps yourself and nine other people. Five couples, that seems like a full room. The “instant actions” would work the same as they do in the public meeting-place (you click on a person to interact with).
Your invitee list would be your spouse plus all your lovers/friends.
When a player goes in to “partner search” the very first page of “who's on?” would present at the top of the list ANY currently active parties, to which the player is invited. Instead of the “Chat”, “Invite”, and “Group Sex” buttons, there would instead be a “Join SexyGirl99's Party”. (Except that if the party room is full, alas, the “Join” option would be unclickable.)
Numerous other small details would need to be worked out, but that is the basic idea, and to me it seems entirely plausible for Achat to implement such a feature.
This proposal takes care of the premium vs. non-premium concerns. Your party always is limited to players on your Friends list.
You'll have the liberty to party sometimes in public, sometimes in private. The disruptors will soon become frustrated, because you can so easily adjourn your public get-together to a private setting.
Love to all, G

um, not just no, but hell no.
We are painfully aware of what a struggle it is for the AChat engineers to bring us fixes and features and enhancements which have to do with playing an online sex game. It is entirely too ludicrous to redirect their attention toward stupid stuff. Let us allow them to devote their energies to the important stuff.
