Agreed on both counts, that's why I can see it without Ducky, but not without Abby.

Well where are you Darling? I can't do this on my own… well I can, but it's no where near as much fun.  :-*

Ducky was VERY close to making my favorites list, VERY close, I do adore the guy. The thing is I CAN put him after Ziva, Gibbs and Abby, but those three battle for the top spot.

And yes I can't imagine the show without Abby. You may have to imagine the show without Ducky though, from what I understand the actor is actively pondering retirement.

I didn't even watch “Enterprise” I mean if they couldn't put the “Star Trek” in front of it I didn't feel compelled to follow.

And NCIS has been a  huge favorite… though I didn't like where they took Ziva's storyline and basically re-wrote the Ari angle… which I felt was essential to her dynamic with Gibbs.

It is a spectacular cast though with an amazing chemistry flowing between all of them. While Ziva, Abby and Gibbs would be my three favorites they really are all spectacular.

Now to be fair while I have not seen Ransom or Payback a friend who had compared Taken and Ransom… so *shrug* but I really did like it. It felt like it was a real person in a real series of fantastic events.

Argh! I thought of Back to the Future, even remembering the line where Doc Brown asks why the weight of things has anything to do with it, but that was number one! Good twist Apollo.

I do set my dress aside so I can find it later, but feel no need to put it back on. Even before the sweet, relaxing scent reaches me. So I simply get something to drink and keep enjoying the party.

I dunno, I like the presence of the expandable window to complain too much about it's size… but I'm not arguing the points made either.  :-

The fact RoboGirl is now a premium however… anyone think it could have something to do with group sex? I know all females can participate, but only premium males can… so maybe they didn't make RoboBoy premium because they didn't want people bringing him into threeways as a M?

Could that mean that they are about to implement more threeway scenes and they know people would be looking for a third?  ;D

I dunno Lover, in my opinion Trek's gotten tired ever since Roddenberry passed. I'm a Trekkie, I admit it, but I can't bring myself to get into the crap Paramount keeps churning out under the Trek label.

I started with TNG, and followed into DS9, I even watched most of Voyager, but lost interest near the end of it's run… but I figure that's okay since they did too.

Which actually inspires another thread I'm going to go start. We can either discuss it there (it's going to be about tv) or in the movie thread, but I don't want to interfere in the game too much.

And I don't blame you mikki… I bought the fourth Indiana Jones just because it was Indy  :P even though it was the most disappointing of the series.

While most of my action flicks seem to feature hot chicks I realized there was one that didn't that I want to mention… Taken. What really really impressed me with this movie is that while there was a good deal of action, the action, and the story in general had a very “real” feel to it. With so many action flicks you KNOW it couldn't happen without that team of special effects guys making it happen.

The same happens with the stories, the villains are so over the top that you would cringe to meet a psyche that could become THAT warped.

With Taken on the other hand the action not only seemed to obey mortal physics, but our hero got tired, and he got beat up.

And the villains were still villains, but felt like real assholes that are out there actually being the monsters shown rather then just sitting around chewing scenery waiting for the hero to show up and kill them.

I bought it, and am glad I did.

I own the first two, I've yet to see the third… I'm not opposed per se, but the new Evie… when a returning cast member doesn't I have to wonder if they saw something in the script/franchise/etc.

Especially nowadays, there is a sad trend to want to milk every penny from anything that's even remotely popular. So the farther along they get the more concerned I am that they're just out to bilk the fans out of few more bucks.
