Tarja is a brilliant vocalist, and I wouldn't dream of trying to take that away from her. The problem is she also seems quite the diva.

Anette seems to be having fun with what she's doing.

    Both have their appeal.

inazuma, sweetie, I agree. I'm not saying I don't. I'm just playing Development Team's advocate  because there have been some posters who seem to think the Development Team sits around twirling their black mustaches trying to figure out more ways to screw over their  subscribers.

They are trying to stay viable, and yes, make a profit. It's up to us subscribers to keep them aware that they can make a LGBT profit is what I am trying to say.

    I agree.

The problem is that you have an assured income stream versus a presumed one. It's like leaving a job you know that you can do, and do well, and support yourself with for a new job where you could get fired in the first week.

I just see the “No fair.” argument as kinda unfair to the Development Team as they are just trying to make sure there is enough money to keep the power on.

Pointing out what they could make with alt positions (like you are doing) is what I feel is more productive.

Two bands I would recommend if you like Evanessence are Nightwish (they've had two singers, but both are amazing) and Within Temptation.

This is the lesbian section. We’d prefer Laura Croft.

A small suggestion I would make though is that the icons for the sub-groups have gender specific variations.

When I jumped in there with RobotGirl I couldn't help but think. “Why the hell is there a guy in the pose group icon?”

Not a big deal, but I noticed it and felt strong enough to make the request.

Inazuma… right now I'm NOT premium. For a good six months I let my membership lapse and repeatedly stated I was waiting for enough FF poses for me to feel it was worth coming back. (Now I'm just waiting for snow to fall since I'm mostly busy preparing for that right now.)

Even then though I kept a presence that let them know I'm still here, and still queer.  ;)

So you don't HAVE to be premium on here, just vocal, but polite. When I came here there WAS a FF presence, but she was loud, and aggressive, and more inclined to try to use different colored text to emphasize her displeasure rather then making helpful suggestions.

So just join in (we're a fun group, and worth it on that reason alone) and keep making suggestions on what you would like to see.

As a suggestion Adrea and I both maintain threads for suggestions for FF and shemale. I'll go bump mine now as something you might want to start up for MM and MMM.

Hey Inazuma, as everyone has been saying… it's a matter of presence.

While yes more guys would be helpful I think I showed that even one voice can make a difference as for a good amount of time I was basically THE FF presence here on the forum, but I was constant, and I was given tons of support by the rest of the board, and if you look at where FF was sitting when i got here, and when it rests now I can take at least some personal pride in the advancement.

So the question is if this will be another case of a guy dropping in, making the request, and then vanishing to never be seen again. Or if you will be willing to put in what will be months of time here to show that there is a MM presence not just using the game, but interested in seeing MM developed, because as I've thought about it the avatars are effectively bi since you can change your listed orientation at any time, and even then use any pose regardless of orientation.

Which to me means that the only way they can know there is an actual MM presence interested in AChat is if you spend time here showing them.

As soon as I renew my membership I was planning on joining the protest… now I just have that much more reason.

Sorry it turned out that way. Sorry, but not surprised. To freak out because they weren't your center of attention?… My Domme Sense told me they probably weren't the most stable of individuals.

And yeah, the trust is literally the line between Risk Aware Consensual Kink, and actual abuse.

The problem as I see it as a whole is that there is tone, even to purely textual communication, BUT it lacks so many of the organic things like verbal tone and pitch and body language, that the potential for misinterpretation increases exponentially.

Then there is the good old fashioned potential for misinterpretation that just comes from any kind of communication. Which can also include personal prejudices. (People tend to assume you agree with them unless you deliberately express otherwise.)

So the potential for misunderstandings is quite high. Still, there was an apology so I see it as a all's well that ends as such.

On the BDSM, the first person a Dom, that is worthy of the title, learns to Dominate is themselves. If you can not control yourself you are not ready to control another.

The main problem is the gulf between the perception of Dominance and the reality. While you LOOK like you are in total control, the control belongs to the submissive and you are using it at THEIR discretion. The problem is that those who don't get the idea seem to think that reality isn't as fun, and it's both sides.

I have had submissives, both in real life and in AChat who just figured they would lay back and I would somehow just “know” because I was the Mistress and Mistress knows.

What Mistress truly knows is that she has no real tolerance for that nonsense.

The problem for Dominants who can't grasp the reality of the situation is like people are saying, people have to CHOOSE to obey you. There is no magical power to it. You need to earn their trust, their respect, and their submission, but again, that just doesn't seem like as much fun.

Still, in anything you do it's those who don't want to put in the effort that spoil things for those who do.
