Also happened to me… trying to chat a “green” person and I get the “user busy” message and the user instantly turns “red”. User become “green” again after refreshing List but with the same behavior.

Members section of the website is not working either.
Must be due to infrastructure updates.
Game is much quicker now, at least at the Lobby.

But there's a “feature” that I already reported to Support as a BUG

I might agree but, if you make a mistake, you can simply create a new user and forget the wrong one.
Unless you only realize the 'mistake' long time after 😮

City floor seems to be flooded when we start an action

Action is not affected but it's annoying anyway
