My example is on the beach. Like you Adera I dont mind nursing women, there is a tendency here to do the covering with the blanket too. I look at it and go awwww. That being saaid over exposure is unnecessary due to the fact they are in a situation where it is more likely exposed to an inappropriate person (minor/chidlren).
My perspective on inappropriate exposure (and this is coming from someone that does it in a van and outside it) is more a question of whom it can affect as to whether it is inappropriate or not… in the van … its not (from my pov) as the van windows are tinted and you technically cant see exactly what is happening. Open exposed it is the individuals responsibility to prevent …exposing that type of thing to an audience that is not right for it. (secondary reason why in another post I said i dont like being bound while public fun)

.not everyones country is sexually liberal .. I can understand the point of view for the US to have that approach. Mainly because their convention is that it is unacceptible if i remember correctly when i visited a beach over there I went topless for a few minutes then had a lifeguard standing over me saying put on my bikini top. I looked at him as if he was insane did it but asked why … you cant in the US go topless or nude unless at designated beach areas for that.

Actually in Australia you are only fined for indecent exposure (you can be imprisoned by a later offense though) and I am not exactly implying everyone would leave the vehicle.
Not sure what the law says here about it but I don't think it's jail.
I found out I was wrong its solely a fineable offense … I thought there was an imprison time by repeat offenders but there isn't merely fines on a rising scale and penalties for not paying them.
