    Hiya's…

Cpl. Satoire and I received this message from Ambassador Spock.  We are passing it along to Superintendent Azrielle for approval.

    startrek_unitedfederationofplanets_freedesktopwallpaper_p.jpg

    To NSPD Superintendent Azrielle,

Greetings.  First, I would like to Introduce myself.  I am Ambassador Spock of the United Federation of Planets.  We are located in a parallel universe that is nearly the same as yours, only with a few differences.  I have been authorized to speak on behalf of the Federation in complimenting you on the professionalism and outstanding character of two of your officers.  Namely:  SSgt. Pafe and Cpl. Satoire.  They have shown remarkable courage and fortitude in their discovery and accessing of the Nymphosus Wormhole Chamber.  Their professionalism is a reflection of their superiors in the NSPD.

I have a request to make of you and the NSPD.  We here in this Universe have a need of those two officers.  We believe that they are the only ones capable enough and discreet enough to carry out an assignment we would like to ask them to undertake for us.

We of the United Federation of Planets believe that once completed, this assignment will directly and indirectly benefit us all, not only in my universe, but also yours.  Our request of you is a assignment of the two officers, namely:  Ssgt. Pafe and Cpl. Satoire to the United Federation of Planets in this “alternate universe”.  If we have your approval, we will discuss our plans with the officers and hope for their agreement in carrying out this assignment.

Ssgt. Pafe and Cpl. Satoire will forward your reply to me.

    Live long and prosper,
    Ambassador Spock
    United Federation of Planets

    Hiya's…

I love this idea of a community room.  We really don't need to have our avatars interacting if we could have the room be enabled for chatting.  The old MIRC chat rooms and the old AOL chat rooms used to accomodate a lot of people, and we would just chat.  No graphics, except by the clever ones who could manipulate the keyboard characters to create images.

That would be awsome to do here, especially for these new threads that have opened up, such as the Bar & Grill and the Ice House.  I know it would take an overhaul of the chat system in the AChat realm itself, and I'm sure that's not easy to do, but I think (and this only my opinion) that it would make the experience so much more fun.

So, for me… I wouldn't need the avatars in the room as long as we could all chat together.  Although I know it can be done.  I also play LOTRO ('though not so much any more) and they can pile dozens upon dozens of avatars into one room, but their membership fee is a lot more expensive than AChat's.  Either way, I'm sure with this crew we have participating in the Forum it would be great.

But… before any changes are made to the experiences of AChat, more poses for the ALL the sexual orientations should be considered and implimented.

    Hiya's…

And a big hello and welcome to you, Slow2dayandu.  We were all new at one time or another.  I'm glad you discovered the Forum right away and decided to post, because that's what I did, and I've met some wonderful people through posting in the Forum and received not only assistance in AChat, but what I feel are true friendships.

    Hiya's…

I think all my choices have already been listed so I will wait for the actual poll to go up.

Even though it has been suggested, please do not delete this category of the Forum.  Just because I haven't voted or posted anything for a while does not mean that I am not interested in this aspect of AChat.

And just for the record, I want ALL the M/F poses adapted to ALL sexual orentations.  I also want Boudoir Shoes.

    Hiya's…

Fun, fun, fun.  Too bad that when they offer a new pose like this, they don't also offer a new room to use it in.  Just a thought…

I tried it, and we found it to be lots of fun, and very stimulating.  I'm not much into the S & M scene, but a little light bondage can be fun.  So for a male/female pose this is excellent and yes, worth the money.  However, the quicker they can adapt this for different orientations, the better.  I know a certain blonde I'd love to chain to the cross… hmmm… her birthday is coming up… maybe I'll get one of these for my attic as a surprise for her.

    Neil Armstrong 1930 – 2012 RIP

    Hiya's…

    _62498491_armstrong_ap.jpg

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, died Saturday, weeks after heart surgery and days after his 82nd birthday.

His family reported the death at 2:45 p.m. ET. A statement said he died following complications resulting from cardiovascular procedures.

Armstrong commanded the Apollo 11 spacecraft that landed on the moon on July 20, 1969, and he radioed back to Earth the historic news: “That’s one small step for (a) man, one giant leap for mankind.”

He spent nearly three hours walking on the moon with fellow astronaut Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin.

In those first few moments on the moon, during the climax of heated space race with the then-Soviet Union, Armstrong stopped in what he called “a tender moment” and left a patch to commemorate NASA astronauts and Soviet cosmonauts who had died in action.

NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said “as long as there are history books, Neil Armstrong will be included in them.”

Bolden said in a statement that Armstrong will be “remembered for taking humankind’s first small step on a world beyond our own.”

Armstrong was “one of America’s greatest explorers” who readily accepted President John F. Kennedy’s challenge to send an American to the moon, Bolden said.

Michael Collins, a crew mate of Armstrong’s on the Apollo 11 flight, said through NASA’s senior spokesman, Bob Jacobs: “He was the best, and I will miss him terribly.”

Armstrong and his wife, Carol, married in 1999, made their home in the Cincinnati suburb of Indian Hill, but he had largely stayed out of public view in recent years. His birthday was Aug. 5.

Armstrong is survived by his two sons, a stepson and stepdaughter, 10 grandchildren, a brother and a sister, NASA said.

The family on Saturday issued this statement:

“We are heartbroken to share the news that Neil Armstrong has passed away following complications resulting from cardiovascular procedures.

Neil was our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Neil Armstrong was also a reluctant American hero who always believed he was just doing his job. He served his Nation proudly, as a navy fighter pilot, test pilot, and astronaut. He also found success back home in his native Ohio in business and academia, and became a community leader in Cincinnati.

He remained an advocate of aviation and exploration throughout his life and never lost his boyhood wonder of these pursuits.

As much as Neil cherished his privacy, he always appreciated the expressions of good will from people around the world and from all walks of life.

While we mourn the loss of a very good man, we also celebrate his remarkable life and hope that it serves as an example to young people around the world to work hard to make their dreams come true, to be willing to explore and push the limits, and to selflessly serve a cause greater than themselves.

For those who may ask what they can do to honor Neil, we have a simple request. Honor his example of service, accomplishment and modesty, and the next time you walk outside on a clear night and see the moon smiling down at you, think of Neil Armstrong and give him a wink.”

Rest In Peace Neil Armstrong, a hero for the world.

    Picture of Boudoir Shoes below

    Hiya's…

Jeanona, I absolutely LOVE the negligees!  They're sexy and alluring without being over the top.  I love the clever way you hid parts behind the fuzzy, fur like trim.  If only they had my boudior shoes, the look would be perfect!

But never the less, an excellent release of some boudoir fashion.  Thank you Jeanona.

    NSPF BUNNY DIV

    Space Patrol
    After encounter report

    Date:  22Aug2012

Cpl. Satoire and I have safely returned to the NSPD Beta Quadrant Space Dock.  We are filing this report on our trip through the vortex.

    *****************************

Once through the vortex, we landed quite softly but in a particularly compromising position amongst some ruins.  Our donut bag along with the cameras were already there, and one of the cameras was switched on somehow and caught this image of our landing.

    Landing01.jpg

We were both naked, but strangely our bunny ears and tails were still attached to us.  I swear they're held on by magic.  While still lying on the ground and regaining our composure I happened to look up and noticed a person staring at us.  It was the same person we had seen looking at us the other day through the portal.  The person stood approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall.  He has dark green eyes, a green complexion, black hair and pointed ears.

“Hello ladies.”  He said, “I have been following your progress with the wormhole chamber…”

“Who the heck are you?”  Cpl. Satoire blurted out.  “And where the hell are we?”

The person approached us as we got to our feet.  “You are on the planet Nymphosus, Corporal Satoire… and I am known in this dimension as Ambassador Spock.”

    Encounter01.jpg

I asked Ambassador Spock if he had seen our uniforms come though.  “This dimension?”  I asked him.  “Would you please elaborate on that?”

“Sargeant Pafe, you two have made a remarkable discovery.  You have found the Nymphosus Wormhole Chamber, which allows for travel between this universe and yours.”  The Ambassador stated.  “I have been monitoring your progress ever since your peoples' launching of your first Space Dock.  You two have traveled into another dimension, another universe.  The Nymphosus Wormhole Chamber is capable of transporting you to either another Wormhole in your universe, of which there are several.  It is also a means to travel between parallel universes.

“In your encounter with the wormhole your clothing was ripped from you because you did not allow the votex to take you.  I must tell you that your clothing did not come through the wormhole intact.”  He pointed to a pile of shredded blue cloth.  I went over and examined the material.  Feeling self conscience of my nakedness I rummaged through the  pile of torn material and found some long pieces and tied some of those together to make even longer pieces that Cpl. Satoire and I could tie around ourselves.  Once we were somewhat covered, we started to ask questions.

    Encounter02a.jpg

“How do you mean… monitoring?  And how the hell do you know my name?”  Cpl. Satoire asked.

I noticed that our camera was still taking pictures.  “Yes.  How have you been monitoring?”

“I have been traveling through the wormhole  on occasion and visiting your planet.  Once I saw that you two were beginning to make patrols of the quadrant I knew it was only a matter of time before you observed an ion flash that occurs when a ship enters into warp speed.”  Spock answered.  “And as far as knowing your names, your transmissions are easily intercepted.  The troublesome part of all this is that I am not the only one listening.”

“Do you know anything about the person who has been taking our robots?”  Satoire asked him.

“The robots are being taken to another universe, for what purpose I do not know yet.”  He answered.

“Can you tell us how to get back?”  I asked.

The Ambassador explained how the Nymphosus Wormhole Chamber operates.  There are settings that can be made once we are inside the chamber itself.  We can set a dimension or even travel to the past in our own dimension.  We can not travel to the future, only the past.

I had one more question for Ambassador Spock.  “Where are you from?”

He explained that he was from the planet Vulcan, which can be found in this dimension.  He also explained that he was part of a larger organization called The United Federation of Planets, which has been observing us and the robot disappearances.

He suggested that he accompany us on our return trip to our own dimension.  I gathered up my bag of donuts and the cameras.  Cpl. Satoire found her Orgasmatron, then explained to Ambassador Spock what the Orgasmatron did.  His only reply was:  “Fascinating”.

    Encounter03.jpg

Once back on Nymphosus, we showed him our pedal rockets and our own monitoring system for the Wormhole.  He then asked us if we would allow him to contact us at another time, as he might have a request to make of the NSPD and of Cpl. Satoire and I.  We agreed.

    Respectfully submitted,
    SSgt. Pafe

    Scott-McKenzie1.jpg

    Hiya's…

1967 was such a great year for music.  My Monkees were in full swing, the Beach Boys came out with Pet Sounds and the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club took everyone by surprise.  And, what we here in the USA call “The British Invasion” was still going strong.  We had all those great British groups and American groups producing great song after great song.

The number one song of the year (according to Billboard) was Lulu's “To Sir With Love”.  My Monkees' “I'm A Believer” was number 5 for the year, even Frank Sinatra had the number 7 hit for the year, along with his daughter Nancy with “Something Stupid”.  The song my husband and I first danced to at our wedding was a 1967 song, The Association's “Never My Love”, which finished in 20th place for the year.

Scott McKenzie's “San Francisco” placed in 48 for the year, and Lover is right, that you hear it everytime there's a documentary about the 1960's and the hippies.  Rest in Peace Scott McKenzie, I hope you have those flowers in your hair and find that “love in” there.
