Generally speaking, I feel there is a certain lack of dominant shemale / submissive male poses.

As I see, many players would like an option to use elf, ork and other fantasy characters.
I understand that this is a lot of work, but some things can be added with relatively little work.
I mean things like pointy ears can be added to “jewelry” (together with earrings).

Talking about redesigning the interface:
would be nice to add “roleplay” to “favourites” in user profile. Lots of players write it in the “description” field, but adding it to the “favourites” will allow an effective search as well.
