Scott2012ParticipantOk I just checked and I have gotten a reply form the support team, and a new password. It works on the website. Gna try it on the program shortly.
Scott2012ParticipantTaking your suggestion, I created a new account, and I am able to log in to both the program and the website, with this new account. So now I am completely confused about what happened with my original account. :S
Scott2012ParticipantHi all, thanks for your replies. I have been busy with other stuff, which is why my response is delayed. I have just tried reinstalling Achat, and configuring my firewall settings and internet connection settings. Everything seems fine, but I am still having the same problem. So I have send a message to support asking to them to reset my password. I did so a few days ago, and did not get a reply. So I have sent them another message today. Hopefully I get a response, I have tried everything else *fingers crossed*
PS : I can comprehend that there might be some issues on my end with the program itself, like corrupt files and all that. The thing I dun understand is, how I can't even log in to the website. Like I mentioned before, my password was saved in my browser, so there is no way it can be the wrong password. No one else uses my account, and I have not given my login information to anyone else. If the issue is with the program, shouldn't I still be able to access my account on the website(meaning the shop and all that) ?
