There are limitations on CCBILL's side regarding prepaid cards.
And yes, phone billing is planned.

Your subscription ID was sent to you by CCBILL via email (it is not the AChat username)
Normally it is a 18-digit number.

Do I need to cancel my premium membership on CCBILL's website in case I have the membership for one month? Does it expire automatically?

The monthly subscription is a recurring one. That means, if you want to stop it, please go to CCBILL's website as you mentioned.

If a paying user's account was hacked, and subsequently restored, then she/he is allowed to play further, for now this is the policy.
