If this file can be downloaded with your internet browser, then the connection seems to work fine. More info can be gained if you show the content of the file
upgrade_dirversionupdate.log
from the main AChat directory.

tomI can see, the problem is the date format on your computer, which is: 06/10/2016 (uses '/' character)
Will be corrected in the next delivered exe file.
